a benefit concert entitled “Music from the Heart” will be presented as a fundraiser for the Fallbrook Food Pantry at Fallbrook United Methodist Church. At a reception following the concert guests can greet the artists and enjoy refreshments. The Fallbrook Food Pantry serves the regions of Fallbrook Bonsall Rainbow and De Luz providing emergency and weekly food clothing comprehensive referrals for medical and other basic assistance along with care and encouragement to more than 70000 adults and children each year. The majority of recipients are children.

Under Goodman’s ownership older folks who wanted to get away from the roaring college crowd could find a haven in the Buffalo’s calm atmosphere. This steadfast adherence to blues and jazz music however repelled a large amount of young people looking for a party spot. The consistent lack of turnout caused losses in profit. Eventually caving under financial stress in ctober 2008 Goodman turned ownership over to three trusted friends and co-workers: Craig Jewell Edward Eversoll and Roger Mills. “We took over on an emergency basis. [Goodman] wanted a change and we came in running without a business plan” Eversoll said.
